Home to Bristol City F.C and Bristol Bears this premier venue boasts numerous spaces in many sizes and stature to accommodate any event both large or small. From intimate private boxes to 3500 square metres of exhibition space the Ashton Gate Stadium prides itself in providing a high standard range of facilities and packages to suit your needs.

Within the stadium are 18 private boxes for more intimate meetings. The boxes overlook the pitch, have balconies and are well-equipped with power points, Wi Fi and plasma screens.

The grand Lansdown Suite can cater up to 1200 guests and is more suitable for events on a larger scale. Also for the larger event such as exhibitions is the Concourse which has 3500 square metres of space. All event spaces are complete with WiFi, air conditioning, great views of the pitch and natural daylight.

Day delegate packages are available from £32 per person. This includes room hire, beverages, lunch, water, stationary, WiFi and complimentary parking. The stadium has a team of events coordinators to assist you from start to finish in arranging your event. A range of in-house catering options is available to provide tailor made menu’s exclusive to your requirements.

On-site car parking is available and the stadium has convenient transport links to central Bristol and the South West of England. Bristol Airport is a short 15-minute drive away.

    The Lansdown Suite is situated in the iconic Lansdown Stand with the capacity to hold 1,000 people theatre-style or 850 for a dinner, making it one of the largest and most sought-after meeting and events spaces in the South West.
    With no obstructions or pillars it creates the perfect venue for a variety of events including conferences, exhibitions, exams, annual dinners, large private parties and wedding receptions.
    The Lansdown Suite can be divided into three equal-sized rooms making it a versatile space, each benefiting from an inbuilt screen and projector. With floor to ceiling windows running the length of one side of the room and direct access to the stands for picture opportunities of the pitch this really creates the ‘wow’ factor for your event.

    The Directors Box is the most exclusive of our hospitality areas. It is four-times the size of our individual boxes and is ideal for luxury corporate dining events, smaller intimate parties or cocktail/canapé receptions.
    Located on the half-way line with its own balcony overlooking the pitch, there is also access to the Directors Lounge Bar, situated opposite it is a great break-out space or reception area.
    The Directors Box also lends itself perfectly to hosting board meetings; seminars; networking or training sessions with its built-in LED screens, natural daylight, air conditioning and the option to be partitioned into three sections, creating two syndicate spaces in the main room.

    The executive boxes are ideal for smaller-sized board meetings, syndicate rooms, assessment centres, interviews or private lunches / dinners.
