The Mercure Bedford Centre Hotel enjoys a riverside location right in the centre of Bedford, perfectly sited for a stroll to the city’s many shops, pubs and restaurants. The hotel boasts all you need for your corporate event, be it a large seminar or conference, or a smaller training session or meeting.

At the Mercure Bedford Centre Hotel there is a choice of 8 meeting rooms with individual climate control and up to the minute audio visual technology. The rooms vary in size to cater for 20-450 people, and there are excellent breakout areas with tea, coffee and snacks available. Packages are available to suit your needs, with DDP’s for 10+ delegates to include projector and screen, flipchart and whiteboard, stationery, snacks, and a buffet lunch. Training session packages include administrative services and IT assistance.

A licence is held to perform civil ceremonies, and the venue rooms are also available for private celebrations and events. The largest room, the Country Suite can accommodate a maximum of 450 guests. Packages include red carpet on arrival, napkins, unlimited corkage, and use of changing rooms.

All 120 comfortable, contemporary styled rooms boast individual climate control, high speed wifi and 24-hour room service. Many have views of the Great Ouse and the hotel is proud of its accessibility with a hearing loop throughout and wheelchair friendly rooms. The Mercure Bedford Centre Hotel has a fully equipped fitness centre, and you can dine on site at the restaurant or enjoy a gourmet burger at the RBG Bar and Grill.

There is onsite parking for 70 cars at a small cost, whilst Bedford Railway Station is just over 5 minutes’ drive away, and the A6 and M1 are within easy reach. Luton Airport is 45 minutes’ drive distant.
