With a convenient Midlands location, Hoar Cross Hall combines modern luxury and period style seamlessly; this magnificent stately home set in beautiful grounds of 50 acres is an impressive and idyllic venue for your corporate event – for conferences, product launches, presentations, receptions, banquets and smaller executive meetings.
There are 7 well-appointed meeting rooms, all having a peaceful ambience and wonderful views over the picturesque grounds. The elegant and contemporary Joynes Suite also hosts 150, in theatre style, and 120 for a banquet, making it a popular choice for conferences, product launches and gala dinners. The Meynell Suite overlooks the Four Seasons Gardens and accommodates 40 in theatre style and for private dining or 25 for a board meeting. The wood panelling, stained glass windows and decorative ceiling of the Chapel Room make a distinguished setting for a discreet seminar for 15 executives or a board meeting for 8. The sophisticated Halifax Suite is perfect again for those smaller seminars for 30 in theatre style or 18 in board room layout.
Delegate packages include a projector and screen, stationery, refreshments and a working or 3 three-course buffet lunch. Bespoke packages are also available, with the highest level of attention given to all details, from audiovisual and technical equipment to decorations for themed events.
The 104 classically styled guest rooms all boast luxurious en suite facilities, and wonderful views over the gardens or woodlands; all have flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee-making facilities, and 24-hour room service.

The Joynes Suite is located on the ground floor and can be opened up to allow direct access to our brasserie restaurant, which can also be hired exclusively for your event. This opulent suite is a bright and open space that overlooks and opens out onto the Italian Water Garden.
