The largest function room is the Invicto Suite, measuring 173 square metres, with its own bar and lobby; it can accommodate 200 guests in theatre style. Next biggest is the Bearsted room, holding 60 folk standing and a maximum of 50 seated. Four more rooms have capacity for you to host a reception for 60 delegates or a conference in theatre style for 48-60 delegates; two smaller rooms hold 35 and 28 people in the same respective layouts and for those more discreet smaller meetings and interviews, the Medway seats up to 12 executives.
