Area hire is your own exclusive area just for you and your guests, you can have an area either on terrace or an area inside, our inside capacity is 240 people so there are plenty of areas to choose from.

We require a card authentication to secure the booking, this authentication payment will only be taken if you do not show up for your booking or you cancel under 24 hours before your booking is due to take place.
Tables are held for 15 minutes on the day.

Children under the age of 18 are welcome in venue until 9pm.

You can decorate your area but items can not be left at Ohso post event, we will not be responsible for items left behind. Decorations we allow must be:- tied by string or free standing (no tak, tape, pins or staples to walls

We offer a wide range of food menus which cater for parties of all sizes.

Due to other guests being in venue we are unable to offer any live music/DJ you may request. However in July, August & September we have DJ's and live music over the weekends (weather permitting) at no extra cost to yourself.

We can organise arrival drinks for yourself and your guests, and at any specified point during your booking. We have a wide range of Champagnes, Prosecco, beer buckets, Pimms jugs etc....

With our graceful team serving a delicious three-course meal or ample size buffet, our guests can enjoy a half bottle of red or white wine.
On the other hand we can offer two drinks tokens allowing a choice from our well-stocked bar

For exclusive hire we do not charge a hire fee we just require a minimum pre-paid spend to be reached.

Once this is reached on the evening it would then get refunded back to you up to 10 working days after your booking. If there is an amount not reached, we would keep the remaining amount to make it up to the spend.

All pre-ordered food and drink is included in your spend.

We require £250.00 deposit to secure the date with the remaining amount paid 6 weeks before the booking date. Please note that all bookings made for area & exclusive hire are provisional until a deposit has been secured to hold the date. Any cancellations made 6 weeks before the booking will receive the full deposit refunded.
