Located on the edge of Peterborough with easy access from major routes, this is an outstanding venue for all size and manner of corporate conferences and meetings.

With an enormous seating capacity for 1,500 delegates in theatre style, or 400 banqueting, the central Auditorium measures 740 square metres, making it a superb choice for large conferences, AGM’s, glittering presentations or exhibitions. There’s a theatre sized stage and all the audio-visual and lighting technology you need, including a 14m projection screen. The light filled Welcome Atrium is a 500 square metre reception area, with up to the minute bistro style seating and a very relaxed ambience, making it the perfect space for exhibitions, networking events, receptions and registrations.

For all your conferencing needs there are 3 large suites – all bang up to date and equipped with all the facilities you need for a successful business event; the Carmichael Suite seats 350 delegates in theatre style or 200 for a glittering banquet, whilst the Seymour Suite can accommodate up to 250 people in theatre style or 180 for a gala dinner. The Carey Suite seats 150 guests in theatre style or 65 in cabaret style – ideal for press conferences and smaller product launches.

Then there’s the Spurgeon Room, which can host 130 in theatre style, and a further 7 medium sized meeting rooms, with their own kitchen area and WC’s. These rooms have a lovely bright and airy feel and are spot on for small-medium sized meetings. The Lake, Lewis, Luther and Wilberforce all seat up to 75 delegates in theatre style, whilst the Wesley seats 70 and the Whitefield a maximum of 50 – these rooms offer excellent facilities for executive meetings for up to 26.

Kings Conference Centre has complimentary high speed wifi and in-house technicians to assist with all your audio-visual needs. All catering requirements are met by professional, well reputed chefs, and a highly polished events team will assist with the planning and smooth running of your event. The venue works with local hotels to provide special rates for delegates requiring overnight accommodation.

With free on site parking for 400 cars, Kingsgate Conference Centre can be reached within 50 minutes from London and is just 10 minutes from Peterborough train station.
