The largest room at the hotel, the Dunstanville provides a secluded setting for conferences and presentations for up to 100 delegates in theatre style. Accessed via a stone staircase, it boasts high vaulted ceilings and two wonderful terraces. The Shakespeare seats 30 people in theatre style, as does the Bingham which can also seat 40 for dinner, and has a lovely little adjoining room, the Wrottesly. The interconnecting Saxam and Gorges rooms are ideal for discreet board meetings and private dinners for 12. Exclusive Use gives you all of these function rooms, plus all 48 bedrooms and six lounges; it gives your guests a memorable country house experience.

There are 3 further flexible meetings spaces at the Clubhouse; The Saxon Hall seats 150 in theatre style or 120 for dinner. This is an impressive hexagonal shaped room, with a high vaulted ceiling and a lovely Cotswold stone fireplace – a great setting for conferences or gala dinners alike. The Wiltshire Suite seats a maximum of 40 guests, and tucked away up a stone staircase is the Falstof, seating up to 60.
