A convenient heart of England location with over 21,000 square metres of purpose built indoor event space and 800 acres outside; hard to beat for large scale exhibitions, awards presentations, product launches and conferences, and equally good for medium sized and smaller business meetings and events.
And what a choice! 15 halls and 7 meeting rooms have the flexibility to provide the perfect set up for all kinds of events, including training sessions, seminars, networking receptions and banquets. Exhibition Hall One can hold 3,000 delegates in pillar free space measuring 3,000 square metres, whilst Hall Two has capacity for 4,500 people over 4,536 square metres. With its own private entrance, Hall Three comes in at 3,978 square metres and accommodates 3,000 delegates.
Then there’s the Blackdown Halls 4-13 - 10 interlinked buildings with loading doors and a flexible 7,825 square metres to use. The Warwick Hall holds 900 people and measures 932 square metres, whilst the Stareton Hall, seats 250 delegates and overlooks an outdoor concourse which can be integrated to provide indoor and outdoor space at the same event. In addition, Service Areas of 10,000 square metres of hardstanding provide plenty of useful exhibition room for build-up and breakdown, or for additional stands. All Halls have access to the Grandstand Suite foyer area for registration, refreshments, and organiser’s offices.
On the first floor of the Grandstand Suite is meeting room accommodating 300 people in theatre style, 350 for a drinks reception or 200 dining. The Oak Tree comprises two meeting rooms that can be joined together, each having capacity for 300 people. 4 Seminar Rooms seat up to 88 delegates in theatre style or 36 for a board meeting, or can be opened up to provide one large space for bigger conferences and events. The outdoor space is phenomenal! With parking for 19,000 vehicles, the 800 acres give limitless possibilities for massive outdoor events.
As you’d expect, NAEC Stoneleigh has high speed wifi and an experienced events team to ensure that all runs seamlessly. A well reputed in-house catering team deliver mouth watering dishes time after time, whether it’s a luxury finger buffet, canapes or a lavish banquet. For overnight delegates, there’s a 4-star guest house with 58 bedrooms within the grounds. The venue can be found just off the A46, between Coventry and Leamington Spa.
