The biggest function room is the Dales Suite seating 300 people in theatre style or 250 for dinner; it has its own foyer for reception and registration. The Darley & Beresford room together hold 190 guests seated or standing, whilst separately, the Darley has capacity for 100 and the Beresford 90. The Matlock & Darley combined accommodate 190 delegates - the Matlock on its own holds 90. Both the Derbyshire and the Melbourne suites comfortably hold 70 people seated or 50 for a drinks reception.

There’s a range of smaller rooms for board and executive meetings; the Chatsworth and the Haddon both seat 30 delegates, and the Derwent, Rutland & Sudbury all hold 15. And there’s more! A further 6 further suites can also accommodate 2-30 guests. Meeting rooms have Blue Tooth connectivity and state of the art audio-visual equipment, and you’ll be well looked after by an experienced events team. The venue offers bespoke packages and catering for all events.
