Up-to-the-minute contemporary style, first rate service and fantastic facilities; in other words, all you need for your next business meeting or event, plus a lovely riverside setting in landscaped gardens close to the town centre. A great backdrop to your conference, exhibition, awards presentation, training day, or smaller executive meeting, and a superb venue for summer and Christmas parties, networking receptions, private dining and celebrations.
There are 15 meeting rooms/event spaces in the Avon Centre and the East Wing, with the biggest, the Grand Ballroom being superb for larger events for up to 550 guests for a reception or in theatre style, 440 for a dinner and dance, and 360 in cabaret layout. This huge room can be partitioned into smaller spaces each holding a maximum of 100 people standing or seated.
The Blenheim, Packwood and Charlecote Suites all hold 100 delegates in theatre style or 80 for a reception, and the Charlecote and Harewood combined accommodates 150 standing or 140 seated. The Warwick Suite has a top capacity of 60 people for a reception or conference, whilst in the Hidcote that standing capacity increases slightly to 70. The Hatton and Bancroft, along with Meeting Syndicate Rooms 1 and 2, hold 14 executives for a board meeting and 20 in theatre style, and there is a dedicated boardroom, also for 14.
The larger rooms have fabulous pre-meeting areas and for break outs there's a Conference Café with unlimited refreshments and treats. You'll have complimentary wifi, and a dedicated Meetings Director will get to grips with all the nitty gritty; the audio visual equipment, seating arrangements, menus and if you want it, theming.
Guest bedrooms are stylish, amazingly comfortable and restful, and there is the option of Quiet Zone rooms. Dining is quite a delight in either the swish Riverside Restaurant or for lighter bites and snacks, in the Terrace Bar and Lounge. Crowne Plaza Stratford-Upon-Avon also has a fitness centre with a well-equipped gym, indoor pool and sauna.
The hotel has plenty of on-site parking (charged) and the train station is only a mile away. There is good access to the M40 and Birmingham Airport is within 20 minutes drive.
