An award-winning hotel set in the Lincolnshire countryside, though very conveniently just 1 mile from the M1. The traditional character and features provide a pleasing setting for most types of business meetings and events; exhibitions, conferences, awards ceremonies, product launches, training days – it’s a good venue for all of those, as well as the more sociable dos like the banquets, networking receptions and dinner dances, for up to 300 guests.

The Olde Barn Hotel has 5 meeting rooms catering for all style and sizes of events, and the outdoor space makes it a popular venue for weddings and summer barbecues. The self-contained Allington Suite on the ground floor can accommodate 300 guests in theatre style, 240 for a lavish banquet or 170 in cabaret style; it has its own bar and reception area, and a patio. Also on the ground floor the Newton Suite holds 150 people in theatre style, 70 for a dinner dance, and 90 for a banquet; the restaurant holds 60 guests dining and doubles up as a conference room, with capacity for 120 delegates in theatre style. On the first floor The Barkston holds 65 people in theatre style, 55 in classroom layout and 40 in U-shape, whilst the smaller Hougham and the Marston both seat 30 in theatre style and 15 in boardroom configuration.

You get complimentary wifi, up-to-the-minute AV equipment arranged to suit your requirements, and the services of a conference co-ordinator to assist from the planning stages right through to a successful conclusion. Conference packages can be tailored or choose from the excellent value 8 or 24-hour deals. Lunch options include wraps, hot and cold buffets, or three course lunches.

There are 103 guest bedrooms to choose from for your overnight delegates, all comfortably furnished and neutrally decorated. The Olde Barn Hotel has an in-house restaurant, plus a bar and lounge, and a health club with pool.

At The Olde Barn Hotel we have built a reputation for the best Christmas Party Nights in the area. This is because it doesn’t matter how large or small your party is everybody joins in the fun. As the evening progresses you will be able to mingle with members of other party groups. Following dinner be entertained by our live tribute act and 'bop until you drop' to our resident disco, carriages at midnight.
Our Allington Suite and Newton Suite are perfect for celebrating your Christmas party in, catering for 10 - 130 guests and our complimentary crackers and novelties will add to the party spirit.
Party to Party nights are available on Fridays and Saturdays in December pre Christmas, alternative dates can be arranged for private parties or for those unable to celebrate during December.
