The magnificent Ballroom is air conditioned and has a fixed stage; it has capacity for 300 people in theatre style or for a reception, 250 for a banquet on long tables or 220 in rounds. The graceful Hayward Room has huge bay windows with views over the marina; there’s a reception area for registrations and breakouts, and a private bar on request. It holds 80 delegates in theatre style or standing, 60 for a banquet, and 48 in cabaret style.
The Millbay Suite accommodates 60 guests in theatre layout or for a buffet, and 30 for a board meeting; this room can be divided into the Millbay Room for 40 people in theatre style, 50 for a reception and 20 round a board table, and the Station Room, seating 25 in theatre style, and 16 in boardroom configuration; perfect for workshops. The Writing Room holds 40 in theatre style or for a reception, 30 for private dining, and 24 in boardroom arrangement. For discreet meetings and interviews for up to 8 people, opt for the Whiteford Room.
