Holiday Inn Express Cambridge – Duxford has 3 meeting rooms, all on the ground floor; one big, two small, so that covers all events including networking receptions, conferences, training days, awards ceremonies, board meetings and private dining. The biggest room is the Garden Room, holding 200 delegates in theatre style, 140 for a banquet, 50 in classroom style and 80 in cabaret arrangement. Of the smaller rooms the Private Dining Room holds a maximum of 25 people in theatre style and 22 for a board meeting, and the Bader Room holds 15 guests in theatre style, 10 in board room configuration and 8 when set up in U-shape layout.

You’ll have complimentary wi-fi and presentation facilities including an LCD projector, flip chart and markers, and a whiteboard. If your event requires catering the hotel can arrange this via a nearby restaurant, whether it’s a working buffet lunch or a sit-down dinner. The en-suite guest bedrooms are well laid out giving overnight delegates all the space they need, with a TV, work desk, black out shades, and tea and coffee making facilities. They can tuck into a hot breakfast in The Great Room and staff will recommend places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner.

There is on-site parking at the hotel, and for anyone coming by air, it’s about an hour to Luton Airport and an hour and a half to London Heathrow.
