Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa is a modern venue with inbuilt flexibility and all you need for your business meeting or event for up to 225 delegates. The handy Midlands location teamed with up-to-the-minute facilities and excellent service make this a popular choice for weddings and for your next conference, awards ceremony, sales presentations, training day, team building event, dinner-dance, networking reception, or those smaller executive meetings and interviews.

Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa has 7 meeting rooms, with the Elgar Suite being the largest room and having capacity for events for 225 delegates in theatre style, 170 for a banquet and 120 in cabaret layout. When divided into three smaller spaces, the Elgar 1 holds 80 in theatre style, 60 dining and 30 for a board meeting, the Elgar 2 seats 40, 30 and 20 in the same respective layouts, and the Elgar 3 accommodates 50, 40 and 22. The Bromsgrove has room for 80 guests in theatre style, 40 for a dinner-dance and 30 in boardroom configuration. The smaller Wildmoor and Marlbrook each hold 35 in theatre style, 20 for private dining, and 14 in classroom, U-shape and boardroom set up.

For those more intimate pow-wows there are three more meeting rooms seating 20 people in theatre style, 10 for a board meeting and 8 in classroom arrangement. So that’s pretty much all options covered, and you get free wifi, complimentary parking for all delegates, and a choice of meetings menus. There are well priced conference and meetings packages available, and you’ll have an attentive team on hand to help organise and oversee a glitch free event.

For overnight delegates there are 140 + guest bedrooms, all modern in style, with seating areas, chargeable wifi, TVs and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests have use of the restaurant, coffee bar and lounge, and might also want to take advantage of the spa which has a well-equipped gym, an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

There is on-site car parking at Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa, and the venue is easily reached from the M5 and the M42. Birmingham International Airport is just 20 minutes away and the nearest train station is Birmingham New Street.
