Just 2 miles from Cheltenham town centre, Double Tree by Hilton Cheltenham is set in an elegant Georgian style manor house surrounded by attractive grounds with a lake and woodlands, and overlooks the verdant greens of Lilley Brook Golf Course. With capacity for 250 delegates this is a wonderful venue for year-round weddings and celebrations, and for business meetings and events like conferences, product launches, awards ceremonies, training and team building days, board meetings, banquets and networking receptions.

There are 10 event spaces at Double Tree by Hilton Cheltenham; the largest is the Park Suite, with capacity for 250 people in theatre style and for drinks, 220 for a banquet, and 120 in classroom arrangement. The next biggest is the Royal Suite which accommodates 180, 100 and 42 in the same respective layouts. The Royal holds 80 for a networking reception or a theatre style conference, 60 for dinner and up to 32 for meetings; the Victoria is slightly smaller with room for 60 guests in theatre style or for a soirée, 50 dining, and again, up to 32 for executive meetings.

The Albion, Aubrey, Eden and Garden Rooms are a similar size – big enough for a reception or conference for 60, a banquet for 50 (60 in the Garden Room) and meetings for a maximum of 32 people (35 in the Garden Room). The Lilleybrook makes a great space for a champagne reception for 40, and for smaller meetings and interviews, the Gloucester, Gatcombe, Highgrove and Lypiatt all seat up to 20 people.

There are plenty of areas that can be utilised for breakouts and receptions, including an outdoor terrace. Rooms have natural light, complimentary wifi, and audio-visual equipment can be arranged to suit your requirements. The 148 guest bedrooms all have TVs, hospitality trays, free wifi and 24-hour room service. A nice alternative to a work out are the woodland walks in the grounds.
