Malmaison Leeds is a vibrant city centre hotel that provides a unique backdrop for business meetings and events for up to 200 people. Malmaison Leeds is set in a gorgeous red brick Victorian building, once the Leeds City Tramways Office. Inside it's cool and it's funky. They have a Work + Play concept with their 6 meeting rooms and 2 pods, so it's all very relaxed whilst offering an inspiring setting for focused meetings.

Work + Play 1 seats 20 in boardroom layout, Work + Play 2 and 3 both have capacity for 35 delegates in theatre style, 18 for a board meeting and 30 for drinks. Work + Play 4 is the biggest room, seating 150 in theatre style, 120 in cabaret set up, or 40 in boardroom layout, and it can host receptions for 200. Collapsible walls give you the freedom to have as much space as you want – for example, Work + Play 2 and 3 together gives you space for 80 in theatre style and for drinks, 64 in cabaret configuration and 30 at a board table.

For smaller events off the Brasserie are The Ticket Office with seating for 16, and The Tramshed which holds up to 26. The pods seat up to 6 for smaller meetings and interviews.
