Make your promises in the church-like atmosphere of the Great Tower, in the Great Hall with its vaulted ceiling, or in the brick floored rustic Coach House; on warmer days ceremonies can be held in the carriageway beneath the Tower or in the carriageway of the main house where there are huge 16th century studded oak doors, a cartwheel chandelier and a medieval flagstone floor.

Have drinks and canapes in the inner courtyard or play croquet on the lawns, then tuck into a wedding breakfast held in the Great Hall which seats 74, or in the Coach House where there’s room for 100 guests.

Enjoy a soiree in the Tudor Room with its inglenook fireplace, in the Light Oak Room where there’s a baby grand piano, or in the cosy ambience of the bar where on colder days there’s a crackling log fire to bring a warm glow.

Party the night away in the vaulted cellar and then your house guests can retire to the 20 bedrooms, set in a courtyard away from the main house. Also, in the grounds are two family lodges and a private cottage for the happy couple.
