Lytham House

A North of England venue for smaller meetings and events, Lytham House in Lytham St Annes has capacity for up to 32 people. Book for team building or training days in Lancashire, for private dining, sales presentations and executive meetings, or as a backdrop to photoshoots and filming.

There are two meeting/dining areas on the second floor at Lytham House; one seats 22 at one table or 32 over 3 tables; this space can accommodate 22 in boardroom layout, and 32 in cabaret style or for dining. The other space seats 12. Interiors are modern and elegant with plush velvet chairs and banquettes.

Both spaces have an integrated sound system, there’s complimentary wifi, a bar and in-house catering with a brasserie style menu and a big focus on non-alcoholic drinks.

Lytham House is just a 5-minute walk from Lytham train station and a 20 minute drive from the M55.
