The Terrace Exeter

Right in the heart of Exeter city centre, The Terrace brings you an upbeat modern venue with a glass restaurant, a stunning rooftop terrace and first floor lounge. With capacity for up to 350 guests, this is a fabulous South West setting for business meetings and events; whether it’s a conference, awards ceremony, product launch, private dining or a corporate party, this is where it’s at.

The first floor lounge sets the scene for an event to remember, with blue and gold panelled walls and chandeliers giving a luxe vibe. It holds 350 for cocktails and canapes, 100 for dinner and dancing or in cabaret set up, and 50 in theatre style. If you don’t need the entire space because your party is considerably smaller, hire one of the semi-private areas. There’s high speed wifi, state-of-the-art AV equipment and aircon.

The Rooftop has amazing views over the city and has capacity for receptions for 100, or dinner and dancing for 70; the glass-cased restaurant opens onto the outdoor space – perfect for summer night soirees in the city.

The M5 is within 20 minutes’ drive and there is a multi-storey car park a stone’s throw from The Terrace. Exeter Central station, with direct links to London Waterloo, is just a 2 minute walk away.
