Brooklands Museum

A renowned centre for motorsports and aviation, Brooklands Museum in Surrey is a unique, historic venue for weddings and for business meetings and events. Exhibitions, conferences, product launches, training and team building days, awards ceremonies, banquets and private dining, parties, concerts and music events, photoshoots and filming – it can all be done here – indoors for up to 250 guests, outdoors for 5000.

The 5 event rooms at Brooklands Museum are all in the Art Deco inspired Edwardian Clubhouse and have natural daylight, black out facilities, up-to-the-minute AV equipment and reliable wifi. Largest is the Napier Room, holding up to 250 guests for a conference or drinks; Vickers has capacity for 150 theatre style or for a reception, and the slightly smaller Blue Bird holds 120 standing or 100 seated. For smaller meetings and events, the Members Bar has room for 50 standing or 40 seated, and Ford holds a maximum of 20.

Marquees can be set up in the grounds for up to 400 people, and for something different, you can hold a reception in the Concorde Area, beneath the wings of this aviation classic. Menus can be tailored to your event, and you’ll be well looked after by a dedicated events team. There are delegate packages and Museum/Concorde Experiences.

Brooklands is midway between Weybridge and Byfleet with plenty of parking and easy access from major routes. Weybridge station is less than a mile away and London is 30 minutes by train. Heathrow and Gatwick airports are both around 11 miles distant.
