In the heart of the city, ARU Conferences Cambridge offers modern lecture theatres and classrooms for business meetings and events for up to 400 delegates. Great for meetings and conferences, exhibitions, product launches, team building and training, or as an academic backdrop to photo shoots and filming.

Biggest is LAB 026, a tiered lecture theatre seating 400, next in size is SCI 105, another tiered lecture theatre for 292, with an adjacent atrium that holds 180 standing for a buffet. LAB 002 and 003 are 2 tiered lecture theatres for 200, and the Corporate Suite comprises three 30-seat interconnecting classrooms that can be cleared for exhibitions or catering. LAB 109 is a Harvard style lecture theatre for up to 60, with an adjacent classroom available for catering.

All rooms have complimentary Wi-Fi, a projector, screen, PC, speakers for PC audio and VGA and HDMI cables for connecting laptops, theatres and some large classrooms also come with PA systems and fixed microphones. There’s a dedicated conference team and in-house caterers, with menus to suit your event.

ARU Conferences Cambridge has no onsite parking but is close to major routes and within 10 minutes’ walk of Park and Ride stops. Cambridge train station is 20 minutes on foot, central London and airports are about an hour away.
