The conference centre, The Garden Suite has 10 meeting spaces; largest is the Hook Heath Suite with capacity for 250 guests for drinks, 202 theatre style and 150 in cabaret layout. It divides into two smaller spaces (Hook and Heath) both accommodating 80 theatre style or 50 in cabaret arrangement; the slightly smaller Lake holds 70, Forest and Beach both seat up to 45, there’s a Boardroom for 20, and 6 smaller rooms for 8-12 delegates. The Garden Suite also has 2 break out spaces, a large south facing terrace with flexi-tent covering, a private bar and dance floor, and access to the gardens.
