The venue has 25 meeting spaces; biggest is the Heathrow Suite with room for 350 guests for drinks, 300 theatre style or 240 for a banquet. Split into 2 smaller spaces, Heathrow 1 holds 150 for a reception and 120 theatre style or dining, and Heathrow 2, 100 for drinks, 80 theatre style or 60 for dinner.

Another large room, the Concorde Suite has capacity for a reception or theatre style conference for 200, and a banquet for 190. As 3 smaller rooms it holds a maximum of 50, or 2 rooms together have room for up to 140. The Aviator Suite accommodates 70 standing or 60 seated and 2 smaller suites hold maximum numbers of 10-40. There are also 10 Meeting Rooms for 10-36 delegates.

There’s a dedicated events team to help with the planning and ensure all goes smoothly, AV equipment can be arranged to suit your requirements and menus can be tailored by creative in-house chefs. On site are a restaurant, bar and café, fitness centre and 398 guest bedrooms.
