Malmaison York has 3 event rooms, 6 meeting pods and 2 private dining spaces. Individually those event spaces hold 28-60 theatre style or 20-30 in U-shape; they can be merged as required, with all 3 combined making a huge space for up to 180 in theatre style, a banquet for 150 or 130 in cabaret layout. The meeting pods each seat 4-6 people for think tanks and interviews and have collapsible walls to give you the space you need. The 40-seater Sora rooftop restaurant can be booked for exclusive use, and the Bauhaus private dining spaced holds 10.
