There are 7 flexible events spaces to choose from. The main suite is The Aspects Room, with capacity for 500 for a reception, 320 theatre style and 300 dining. Full height windows give views of the arboretum, there's a large, covered terrace, ramped access, rigging points, 3 phase power, and hard-wired high-speed Wi-Fi. Partitioned into 3 smaller spaces, Oak 1 and 3 both hold up to 200 for drinks, 155 theatre stye or 120 for a banquet; Oak 2 has room for 100, 80 and 60 in the same respective layouts. There are 4 smaller meeting rooms that seat 10-75 delegates.
