This 4-star contemporary hotel is surrounded by picturesque countryside not far from Nuneaton and Leicester. It’s a hot spot locally for weddings and celebrations, and for business meetings and events for up to 650 delegates. That covers everything from exhibitions, conferences, training days and product launches to networking receptions, gala dinners and board meetings.

The hotel has 26 purpose-built conference and event rooms as well as a dedicated training suite comprising 6 rooms for hire as a whole or individually and having capacity for 10-23 delegates. The biggest individual event space is the Paris Suite which accommodates 650 people in theatre style or 350 for a banquet. The London Suite holds 500 in theatre style and again, 350 for dinner.

The Westminster, Mayfair and Picadilly Suites all hold 150 delegates in theatre style and 90 dining, but two of those rooms combined increases that capacity to 200 and 160 respectively. The Lakeside Suite, as you’d expect, has views over the lake and is a very appropriate setting for a drinks reception for 180 guests, whilst The Rotunda is ideal for banquets for up to 80. There are five smaller rooms for events for 50-70 people and 11 of the Conference Rooms have a top capacity of 20-30 executives.

Expect a choice of event menus, free high speed wi-fi, state of the art AV technology and a very adept team to ensure your event runs without a hitch. Overnight delegates will rest well in any of the 362 guest bedrooms; the décor is neutral to add to the soothing ambience, and there’s a TV, work desk and 24-hour room service. Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Hinckley Island has an on-site Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill, a Piazza Bar with a terrace and a sports themed Triumph Bar. The hotel also has a health club with fitness suite, pool, sauna, and steam room.

The venue is conveniently situated with good access to the M1, M6 and M69, and just over 2 miles from the nearest railway station. Birmingham and East Midlands Airport are both within easy reach and you’ll find plenty of parking at the hotel, as well as a helipad if you really want to arrive in style.
