Set in 15 acres of gorgeous landscaped grounds, this elegant Queen Anne country house is the perfect venue for any romantic wedding or private celebration, or for a conference or business event that exudes sophistication.

The Royal Berkshire has 11 eclectic meeting rooms, with air conditioning, internet access, the latest audio-visual technology, and heaps of scope for breakout space and refreshments. The Berkshire Suite, is the largest; flooded with natural light, and opening onto the terrace. Seating 200 delegates in theatre style or 150 for a dinner, this is ideal for a conference, product launch or presentation. It can be partitioned into two smaller rooms, The Wentworth or The Marlborough, both with capacity for 100 guests in theatre style or 40 in cabaret layout. The Red Room accommodates similar numbers, whilst the distinguished Library seats up to 40. The Yellow, Green, White and Blue Rooms have a very contemporary edge, with funky glass writing boards – great for brainstorming events and training sessions! The Yellow Room seats up to 20 people, whilst the White Room (huge colourful bean bags to relax on – fun and funky!) and the Green Room seat up to 14. The Blue Room is slightly smaller, seating 10 in boardroom style.

Those stunning grounds are superb for team building activities – how about a treasure hunt, croquet, giant chess or snakes and ladders? Or something off-site, such as go karting, high ropes, or laser shooting? Such a private setting makes the Royal Berkshire ideal for VIP Exclusive Hire, and of course a fabulous venue for that rewarding Christmas party.

You’ll have the services of a professional team member throughout your event, and delicious buffet and barbecue menu options, though nothing is too much trouble here – themed dinner nights, elegant afternoon tea on the lawn, whatever you want can be accommodated. There are 5 private dining rooms for your corporate group or you can dine in the contemporary ambience of FORK at Royal Berkshire, with views over those gorgeous grounds.

The Royal Berkshire has 63 en suite guest rooms, with a choice of traditional charm in the main house, or contemporary styling in the modern wing. Rooms have complimentary wifi, flat screen TVs and tea and coffee making facilities, and most overlook the gardens.

The Royal Berkshire is conveniently located just 13 miles from London and close to the M25, M4 and M3. The nearest train station is at Ascot, 1.5 miles away, whilst Heathrow Airport can be reached in 20 minutes and Gatwick in 50 minutes.

A 22" portable SMART tablet gives direct control of what is being shown on the screen from anywhere in the room. The Red room has direct access to the private garden and is a fantastic flexible meeting space.
