Ideal for business meetings of all sizes, this venue can accommodate up to 1,200 delegates. Choose your function space to suit the type and size of your event. All halls and suites have video facilities and Wi-Fi, and the events team work with recommended technical specialists who will ensure your event is glitch free. DDP’s include a flip chart, projector and screen, refreshments and flexible lunch options.

The Lincolnshire Showground is a hotspot for all kinds of private events and celebrations, and is especially popular for big weddings (for up to 1,000 seated guests), with all spaces being licensed for civil ceremonies. In the warmer months, you can have a gorgeous outdoor wedding for up to 200 guests, in a beautiful marquee set off the historic timber framed Saxondale building.

The Showground has a specialist events team with heaps of knowledge and experience to help with every aspect of your event including securing licences, traffic management, the all-important health and safety and even marketing. Catering is all taken care of with a range of flexible creative menus.

With unlimited free parking, Lincolnshire Showground is conveniently located immediately off the A15 a mere 10 mins’ drive form Lincoln city centre. Lincoln Central Train Station is only 15 minutes’ drive away, and the A1 within 20 minutes.

These rooms are perfect for smaller events or for breakout sessions. The ground floor can accommodate up to 1,200 people and comes in at a staggering 1,836 square metres; this can be partitioned into 3 spacious halls. It has built in hi-tech audio-visual equipment, a fully equipped kitchen, and large roller shutter doors which allow for vehicular access.

The Tennyson Pavilion is great for parties and smaller private meetings, or for weddings with up to 40 guests. Add a marquee onto that and you can seat 120. The pavilion measures 60 square metres and has its own kitchen space, and is flooded with natural light via the huge patio doors.
