Situated on the ground floor this space is fully serviced, flexible and adaptable in its own right or can be used in combination with rooms at the Royal Armouries Museum as part of larger scale events.

Bar facilities are available and there is a dedicated kitchen next to the hall providing immediate quality service for guests to indulge in your menu choice, whether buffet style or full banquet service.

On site there is a 24 hour fully manned multi-storey car park for 1,650 vehicles and 850 Hotel bedrooms within 5 minutes’ walk.

The Royal Armouries Hall is ideal for a conference from 150 to 600 guests. This remarkable room offers theatre style or cabaret seating and has the added advantage of being able to divide into three sections. Staging can be placed in two main areas within the room together with the data projection facility, surround sound, lighting system and an ISDN option. The main hall is ideal for high-profile presentations, lectures and product launches.

The bar and kitchen areas are located at the back of the hall providing easy access for guests to enjoy a drink at the bar or indulge in your menu choice whether buffet style or full banquet service.

Armouries Hall C can be used in conjunction with A & B as one conference room or divided into 3 separate rooms. The dividers create a sound proof wall allowing 3 separate events to take place at the same time.

A popular venue for creating themed evenings where your guests can enjoy an exciting display of dramatic interpretations and live actions events. Experience a gallery dinner like no other with authentic extracts from the 95th Rifles regiment which formed the basis of the hit TV series ‘Sharpe’s Rifle’.

With over 30 different themes specifically designed for the War Gallery to choose from there is no shortage of distinctive banqueting and private dining options.

The Bury Lecture Theatre is a purpose built, self-contained, air-conditioned lecture theatre on two tiers. This stylish facility can acommodate from 70 to 250 delegates in comfortable, cinema style seating. Its gently sloping floors provide excellent sight lines to the fixed stage, together with its data projection facility, in-house sound and lighting systems.

WIFI connectivity makes the Bury Lecture Theatre an ideal venue plenary sessions, high-profile presentations, lectures and product launches.

The Bury Theatre is also linked to the Royal Armouries Hall so delegates can head straight towards lunch from their conference. Alternatively for smaller conferences delegate can make use of the naturally lit Wellington Suite over looking the waterfront surroundings.

The Wellington suite is a popular venue for conferences, luncheons, business breakfast meetings, intimate banquets and Christmas parties.

This Suite can be used as a reception area where its light, airy space over looks Clarence Dock and offers an ideal venue for displays and exhibitions, giving delegates ample opportunity to network
with speakers and/or exhibitors.

The Welllington suite seats from 60 guests and up to 200 delegates theatre style, up to 168 guests for luncheons or up to 144 guests for dinner and dancing. It is also ideal for conferences, workshops and team building from 60-100 delegates.

The Tower Gallery makes for an ideal conference and seminar room and can accommodate between 30 and 60 people.

The room can be equipped with a data projector and screen, white board and pens. The meeting room benefits from ample natural daylight and has north facing views across the city of Leeds.
