Just 20 minutes from Oxford amidst 134 acres of glorious countryside, this hotel has an 18-hole golf course with 11 lakes events; perfect for Corporate Golf days and business meetings and events for up to 200 delegates. The setting of wide open space makes it a popular choice for weddings, summer parties and team building days.

The 10 adaptable meeting rooms have air conditioning and natural light and can be adapted to suit all manner of events from conferences, product launches and awards ceremonies, to networking receptions, private dining and training sessions, as well as smaller executive meetings and interviews. Expect high speed wifi and all the audio-visual equipment you need, and a well polished team will work with you to pull off a perfectly executed function. Delegate packages are offered for groups of 8+ people to cover day and 24 hour events, and include basic stationery and a hot or cold buffet lunch, or you can tailor your event to your exact requirements with a bespoke option.

The biggest space is the Orangery, which holds 200 delegates in theatre style and up to 160 for dinner; it has a private bar and break out area, and a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Soundproof dividers mean this room can be separated into three smaller spaces, each with their own entrance – the Kempton and the Newbury both have capacity for 40 people in theatre style and 30 dining, and the Warwick holds 70 and 50 guests in the same arrangements respectively. Combine the Warwick with either the Newbury or the Kempton and you have space for 170 delegates in theatre style or 120 dining.

The Windsor Suite seats 150 in theatre style and splits into the York, Ascot and Ante-Rooms, which can accommodate 25-70 people in theatre style and 12-30 in boardroom layout. The Library has its own balcony and is the perfect setting for discreet meetings for up to 16 executives, whilst the smaller Hayloft holds 8 people. Team building partners offer a choice of activities including Murder Mysteries, casinos, and of course golf.
