Whether you want an intimate wedding ceremony for the chosen few or a larger celebration for up to 150 guests, you’ll find the perfect location at Capel Manor Gardens. It might be The Old Manor House Garden opened by Her Majesty the Queen or, with capacity for 80, the romantic chapel ruins where winding ivy and climbing roses adorn the exposed brickwork and bell tower – a unique and charming setting.
Tucked away at the far end of the south west side of the gardens is a gorgeously secluded 17th century garden that seats 80 guests and is draped with white roses in the summer months; fern hedging and the forest make an enchanting backdrop.
Opt for the well-manicured Back Lawn of the Manor House with seating for 150 where you’ll have the extra privacy of immaculately tended private lawns surrounded by a profusion of colourful flowers.

Boasting a rich history that dates back to the 13th century, the estate is home to 60 colourful gardens, providing the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony and photographs.
Capel Manor Gardens is one of only a select number of wedding venues that offers couples the opportunity to have an outdoor civil wedding ceremony in one of its many beautiful gardens making it highly sought after, especially in the summer months.
From intimate ceremonies to larger celebrations of up to 150 guests, couples are able to choose from a number of licensed locations such as The Old Manor House Garden which was opened by Her Majesty the Queen. Seating up to 80 guests the romantic chapel ruins is adorned with winding ivy and climbing roses on the exposed brickwork and bell tower. It is our most popular and unique setting.
Secluded at the far end of the South-West side of the gardens and draped in white roses in the summer months is the 17th Century Garden which seats up to 80 guests. Enjoy the privacy of the surrounding fern hedging with the forest as your backdrop.
For larger wedding celebrations, the Back Lawn of the Manor House seats a maximum of 150 guests. The Georgian Manor House is the main feature, with the added privacy of having the well-manicured lawns surrounded in beautiful blooms and colours all year round.
Capel Manor Gardens is situated less than five minutes from junction 25 of the M25 making our venue easily accessible with ample parking.
