There are 13 meeting rooms at Hilton Leeds City; the biggest is the Brigante which has capacity for 400 guests reception and its own private foyer, bar and washrooms. This 303m2 room divides into three smaller spaces, with capacity for 15-120 individually, or 130-300 with two spaces joined. The Neville Suite holds 150, The Magnum 60, and the Thoresby 30. For smaller meetings, the Kitson seats 25, the Ingram 15, and the Boardroom 10, and then the Aire, Calder and Esk are all spot on for those very discreet conflabs and interviews for 4 delegates.

All rooms have air con and high speed wifi and some have built-in AV equipment. Event planners will make sure your meeting is just how you want it; they will help with any theming, technology, entertainment, and catering, which comes via talented in-house chefs to cover all manner of events.

For overnight delegates there are 208 guest rooms and use of the onsite restaurant and the leisure centre with indoor pool and well-equipped fitness centre. There is charged car parking on site.
