Right on the River Thames near Surbiton and Kingston Upon Thames, this is an impressive venue for bespoke events whether it’s a corporate meeting, a fairytale wedding or an informal team building day. Views of the river and Hampton Court make a glorious backdrop for summer parties, conferences, gala dinners, awards ceremonies, training days, product launches, and drinks receptions for up to 400 guests.

Ravens Ait Island has five event spaces; you can hire the whole island, the marquee and the lawns, the main building as two separate spaces, or individual rooms. The Marquee is the biggest space, with room for 400 people standing, 320 for a banquet, 280 in theatre style, 250 for a dinner-dance, or 50 in U-shape. Heated in the colder months and with its own bar, the views are idyllic.

In the main building, the Britannia Suite holds 250 guests standing or sat in theatre style, 120 in cabaret layout or for a dinner-dance, 150 banqueting, and 30 in U-shape; again there’s a bar, river views, and a terrace. The Thames Suite adjoins the reception and can be hire as one space or divided into two smaller rooms. It has river views and a terrace, and maximum capacity for 120 delegates in theatre style, 100 standing, 60 dining, 40 in cabaret arrangement, and 25 for executive meetings. There’s also a light and airy reception that holds 80 people, and the Lambourne Suite - a smaller space used in conjunction with bigger rooms for breakouts and registrations.
