Perfect for business functions and corporate entertaining, there are 15 stunning business spaces to choose from. The largest, the Gleneagles Arena, opened in 2015 and measures an incredible 2500 square metres, with capacity for up to 2,250 people; an enviable venue for product launches, larger conferences and exhibitions.

The magnificent Ballroom has a balcony, stage and dance floor, and measures 230 square metres, accommodating up to 300 people. This glamourous room has remarkable Edwardian architecture, mirrored walls and huge chandeliers. Another large room, the Gleneagles Suite is also fantastic for conferences, seating 280 delegates in theatre style. With a huge bay window giving views to the rolling hills of Perthshire, the Glendevon has its own terrace, and capacity for up to 200.

For smaller meetings, the more contemporary styled Muirton Room has capacity for 24, whilst the Fourth-Floor Boardroom provides a quiet space for up to 20 delegates. For something different in client entertaining, the atmospheric cellars are a must for formal or relaxed private dining.

And it doesn’t stop there – Gleneagles is the ultimate team building venue with 3 golf courses and 20 exciting activities on offer, including off-road driving, shooting, archery, and Segway or Vehicle Team Building Challenges.

The function rooms are also available for private celebrations and dining – just imagine your magical dream wedding held here, with the hotel’s 850 acres of beautifully kempt grounds giving the most stunning location for the photographs on your special day; a Highland Piper on arrival, and every aspect taken care of by the experienced team – from transport to catering, and flowers to entertainment. For something a bit different, the baronial style Shooting Lodge can host up to 200 guests for an outdoor bbq.

Dining really comes into its own at Gleneagles, with four fabulous spaces to choose from, as well as 14 rooms available for private dining. The Strathearn restaurant has 2 rosettes and has a wonderful art deco interior providing intimate but glamorous dining from a menu of classic French/Scottish dishes. One of Scotland’s most celebrated chefs, with two Michelin stars, offers an opulent dining experience at Andrew Fairlie @ Gleneagles. You can enjoy delicious Mediterranean food at the vibrant Deseo, or opt for the cosier ambience of the Dormy Bar & Grill.

Gleneagles is home to 232 stunning bedrooms, including 26 luxurious suites. Each has its own unique design and layout, with a choice of traditional or modern interiors; many rooms have views over the grounds. The hotel is huge on health and well-being with its very own spa - ESPA, offering a range of therapies, lifestyle advice, and personal fitness programmes.

Gleneagles is within 1 hour’s drive of Edinburgh and Glasgow airports, and is 2 hours from Aberdeen. The hotel has its own train station, chauffeur driven fleet of vehicles, and helicopter landing within minutes of the front door.
