Warwickshire Event Centre
The Warwickshire Event Centre provides an excellent venue for any large scale events such as fairs, training events, shows, auctions, expo’s and exhibitions. The centre has a 2280m sq. exhibition hall and outdoor space available for hire. It has 2000 free car parking spaces and a restaurant to seat 200 guests.
Warwickshire Event Centre has its own dedicated team of events organisers ready to assist you with planning before and throughout your event. They provide a bespoke service and can assist as much or as little as you require.
Its central location on the outskirts of Leamington Spa near Coventry means it is no more than 2.5 hours from London, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham. It is 30 minutes from Birmingham International Airport, 10 minutes from the nearest railway station and is serviced by buses.

We host a wide range of events and exhibitions, and each year welcome over 40,000 visitors to our venue. To date, the WEC has hosted over 200 events with many clients returning year after year. The events range from 1 to 4 days in duration, and attract between 500 to 3,000 visitors a day.
Depending on the event, the use of the site and size of the stand layout – the venue can accommodate between 1 and 200 exhibitors. Some events are with stand fitting while others are bespoke stand designs or trestle table formation.
We offer a unique and refreshingly different experience. We work with many organisers, covering a wide and diverse range of events.
