There are 36 meeting rooms plus breakout areas; 8 of them can accommodate up to 100 delegates in theatre style, with the biggest, The Lawnswood Suite, holding 200, and the slightly smaller Headingly, 180 - so plenty of choice if you’re looking to host a conference, awards presentation, product launch or training day. If you need superb exhibition space the Lawnswood Suite and the Bramley Suite combine to give you 370 square metres to play with; plenty of room for stands and networking.

For medium sized events, there are 11 rooms that seat up to 50 guests in theatre style; one is the Weetwood Room in the original manor house, where the Jacobean Room holds 80 people in the same set up. Those rooms, along with the Adel Room all hold 16 – 30 (average is 21) executives in boardroom layout, and for very small meetings and interviews for up to 12 people there are 19 syndicate rooms and the Data Suite in the conference centre, and a Boardroom in the main house.
