QEII Centre
Introducing the QEII Centre, the largest dedicated conference and exhibition space in central London, with an envious location right opposite Westminster Abbey. With a huge capacity for 2,500 people, this award-winning venue offers world class facilities for business meetings and events big and small. Think conferences, exhibitions, product launches, gala dinners, drinks receptions, awards ceremonies, fashion shows, AGMs, board meetings, think tanks – it’s all covered.
Over 400 events per year are held at the QEII Centre, over the 32 event spaces. The largest is the Third Floor which has a capacity of 1,300 delegates in theatre style, 1,200 for a networking reception and 930 for a banquet. Windows are double height, so views of the London skyline are a huge bonus. Use the lot or just hire what you want – for example, the Churchill seats 700 in theatre style or 400 for dinner and includes the open plan Pickwick for use as a lounge, or for catering or reception space.
The Mountbatten is smaller, holding 420 in theatre style and 384 dining and includes the Cambridge for break outs or refreshments. For medium sized events there are 12 rooms including the Windsor which holds 300 and The Westminster accommodating 140. There are also 12 small spaces for meetings for 8-42 people, and a lawn and forecourt that can be hired.
As you would expect from a first-rate events venue, there are lifts and loading bays, state-of-the-art AV equipment and technicians, and an in-house IT department. Menus come from award winning caterers and an attentive team will be on hand to help plan and oversee events.
There are car parks and tube stations within easy walking distance of the QEII Centre, and thousands of hotel bedrooms close by.

We can accommodate your intimate party gatherings from 40 people, or larger corporate Christmas parties for up to 400. Start your celebrations with a reception drink, beer, wine, sparkling wines or Champagne the choice is yours! Reception drinks are followed by a sumptuous three-course meal with coffee and mince pies. Throughout the party an unlimited bar will serve a selection of wines, beers and soft drinks.
