15Hatfields is an award-winning sustainable events venue in the heart of London's Southbank. Spread across two floors, the bright and contemporary spaces can be tailored to all manner of events including conferences, exhibitions, meetings, receptions and awards dinners. Event hire includes state-of-the-art AV facilities, with numerous branding opportunities and the option of hybrid or virtual conferencing.
A range of catering solutions are available, including buffet-style lunches, canapé receptions and fine dining. The delicious refreshments and dishes served at 15Hatfields are sourced and prepared using sustainable practices by local, organic and Fairtrade food suppliers. 15Hatfields also offer a bespoke menu planning service, with an array of award-winning canapés and 100% palm oil free dishes to choose from.
15Hatfields operates as a social enterprise with all profits gifted back to the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH). All operations at the venue are informed by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, in particular: Sustainable cities and communities, Responsible consumption and production, and Climate action. By prioritising the reduction of food waste, eradicating single-use plastics and investing in renewable energy, 15Hatfields became the UK’s first Platinum ECOsmart accredited venue.
