Trinity House

With its impressive neo-classical façade, and an enviable location overlooking The Tower of London and Trinity Square Gardens, Trinity House (home to the General Lighthouse Authority) is an elegant venue for both corporate and private events.

Any type of business function can be accommodated at Trinity House, from conferences and awards presentations through to private dining and more intimate board meetings or interviews. The events rooms are flexible so you can hire what suits your function, considering space for breakout sessions and refreshments. The largest room, the spacious and decorative Library seats 130 in theatre style, whilst the Court Room, flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows, has capacity for 80 in the same layout. The Luncheon Room and the Reading Room are the perfect space for a more intimate board meeting, or for private lunches. You can even have exclusive hire of Trinity House to ensure absolute privacy at your event and to allow your guests more time to take in the wonderful ambience and interesting features of this stunning venue.

Trinity House works in conjunction with other organisations to offer some unique team building opportunities – you may be tempted by the exciting appeal of tearing across the Thames in rib power boats, or a well-planned city treasure hunt. With heaps of history and sitting in such a wonderful location, Trinity House is the perfect venue for any private party. With all the stunning photo opportunities, this is a truly magnificent setting for that romantic wedding; the sweeping staircase is the perfect place to stop for the camera while your guests await you at the foot, and the old-fashioned cobble stone exterior really lends itself to arriving for your big day in a horse drawn carriage.

Civil ceremonies and wedding parties can be held in the impressive Library, which has capacity for 180 guests in reception style. This room boasts a remarkable stained glass window and a minstrels’ gallery which can accommodate a small chamber orchestra. Arrival or post ceremony drinks can be taken in the Court Room (130 reception), or you may wish to dance till the small hours in the Pepys Room. The venue works with the lovely historic church of All Hallows by the Tower to provide an alternative wedding package, and partners with renowned caterers to provide fully inclusive packages with exceptional catering. A personal wedding planner will help to organise and run your special day.

Enjoying such a favourable and central position in the city, Trinity House is close to all transport links and within easy reach of major airports.
