Within the Conference Centre are modern, refurbished conference and meeting suites, fully equipped with the latest in AV and conferencing technology. With 5 spaces in total, a team of expert planners to help you with all the details it is a truly inspiring setting to excite and motivate your delegates.
The main conference room, The Falcon Scott Suite can accommodate up to 110 and combined with the adjacent Terra Nova Suite up to 150 theatre-style. A further 2 smaller meeting spaces are available, which may be used as separate break out rooms or to conduct a meeting and why not make use of the mezzanine foyer, a spacious and bright area ideal for displays and exhibits.

Kick off your festive season with a great night out at Discovery Point, Dundee. Get your Christmas celebrations started at Dundees unique venue. Christmas party nights offer you and your guests an evening of fabulous food, fun and laughter and who knows you may even get the chance to dance with Santa! Christmas Party nights are available from £45.00 including VAT per person Your festive fun begins with a drinks reception followed by a 3-course dinner served in the function suite at Discovery Point overlooking the Discovery and the River Tay. After dinner there will be entertainment provided so you can dance the night away! The itinerary for the evening will be: 19:00hrs Guests arrive at Discovery Point for a drinks reception in the lower reception area. 19:30hrs Christmas dinner served in the function suite at Discovery Point 20:45hrs Entertainment fun and dancing 01:00hrs Guests depart Haste Ye Back! The Christmas Party Night package includes complimentary drinks reception, 3-course dinner with coffee, crackers, hats, DJ and Disco up to 1am.
