Kia Oval

The England Suite, refurbished in 2016, is the largest purpose-built conference room at the Kia Oval. Capable of accommodating up to 650 guests theatre style, or 500 for a dinner, this second floor suite is one of the most versatile spaces at the Kia Oval. Doors lead directly onto the Club-Level balcony overlooking the pitch, and a wall of windows ensures natural daylight floods the room. Blackout options are available. There is complimentary high speed Wi-Fi for all delegates.

The Corinthian Roof Terrace is the Kia Oval’s “hidden gem”. Sitting right at the top of the OCS Stand, this covered area can hold up to an impressive 600 guests on an informal basis. There are spectacular views of the pitch on one side and the impressive London skyline on the other side. There are food service stations, bars and even a DJ booth on the Corinthian Roof Terrace, making the area perfect for summer parties or post-conference drinks.

The Ashes Suite, named after the famous and ancient Cricket series between England and Australia, is located on the first floor. The space can accommodate 500 guests informally, up to 300 dining or 340 theatre style. With a wall of windows overlooking the pitch, the room features an abundance of natural daylight and has complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for all your delegates.

The Jardine Suite is the Kia Oval’s ultimate “blank canvas” room. Situated on the ground floor of the OCS stand, the room features a large central area flanked by two large wings, and is perfect for exhibitions of up to 50 shell scheme stands. Equally, the Jardine Suite is perfect for large production dinners and conferences of up to 500. The blank walls, high ceilings and industrial theme ensure a unique event. There is direct access from the car park and OCS reception, and vehicular access to the space means setting up for events or displaying larger items is never an issue.

The India Suite, located on the second floor of the OCS Stand, can accommodate up to 200 delegates informally, 150 guests theatre style, or up to 112 cabaret. There is a large private covered terrace with a bar, which makes the room perfect for summer conferences with an al fresco lunch or perhaps a post-conference Pimms whilst watching the cricket? There is complimentary Wi-Fi for all delegates inside the suite.

The John Major suite is located on the second floor of the OCS Stand, and has a private terrace and outdoor seating overlooking the famous Oval wicket. The room can accommodate 160 guests in a dining capacity, 112 cabaret, or 150 theatre style. There’s complimentary Wi-Fi for all delegates as well as natural daylight and air conditioning throughout.

The Long Room is the most historic room within the Members Pavilion. Built in 1898, the room is steeped in history, with portraits of the Surrey greats adorning the walls. The huge windows and high ceiling allow for plenty of natural daylight and the doors lead out directly to the side of the pitch, so your guests can take their coffee breaks and lunches whilst taking in spectacular pitchside views. The room can accommodate a dinner for 80 guests, or can fit 100 guests theatre style.

The Pakistan Suite is located on the first floor and features outstanding views of the famous Oval wicket. One of the more intimate rooms in the OCS Stand, the maximum capacity for an informal event is 140, whilst the room can hold 80 in a theatre or dining capacity. With the pitch views comes plenty of natural daylight and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi for all delegates.

The Montpelier Club is named after the predecessor to Surrey County Cricket Club. Offering floor-to-ceiling windows across its entire length, the room features an abundance of natural daylight. Leading directly out to padded executive seating overlooking the pitch and located next to the Surrey and England players changing room, this is the perfect space for any cricket fan! The room can accommodate up to 70 guests dining, or 60 guests theatre-style.

There are over 25 Executive Boxes at the Kia Oval, each of which can accommodate up to 24 guests. These suites, on the third floor, are perfect for smaller board meetings, interview rooms or staff offices for larger events. All of the boxes include a plasma screen for presentations and have access to individual balconies with seats overlooking the pitch. There is air-conditioning and Wi-Fi in every box.
