The IET London Savoy Place is a one stop venue for all your conference and meeting needs, enjoying a fabulous location on the River Thames, with impressive views of the city, and within easy reach of road, rail and river links.

Arranged over five floors with full accessibility, IET London Savoy Place offers truly versatile and flexible meeting space for your exhibition, conference, product launch, presentation, AGM, training session, or smaller board meeting. An awesome Riverside Room with a private terrace is unbeatable for a bright and airy reception or buffet for up to 330 guests, or for theatre style events for 315; it can be divided into 5 sections for smaller events. A Roof Terrace, with stunning river views, is a gorgeous location for a barbecue or standing reception for 205 people.

With the latest in digital systems and state of the art audiovisual technology, two lecture theatres bring you superb conferencing facilities, with the Kelvin Lecture Theatre accommodating 451 delegates, and the Turing, 175. Also ideal for larger functions, the Maxwell Library retains some impressive original features and has direct access to two private balconies overlooking the river; this space accommodates 190 in theatre style or for a reception.

There’s a range of rooms for medium sized events, with the contemporary setting of the Mountbatten Exhibition Room providing a light and airy setting for a conference for 80 in theatre style, or a reception for 100. The Watson-Wyatt, Marconi and Lovelace Rooms rooms seat 70-77 in theatre style, whilst the Blumlein, Flowers and Haslett Rooms seat 65/66 in the same layout, or 30-36 for a board meeting. The Blumlein can be divided into three smaller spaces, with a further 5 rooms also available for discreet board meetings for 6-16 executives. Two boardrooms accommodate 26-36 executives, with the larger also seating 60 in theatre style.

The medium sized and smaller rooms offer much flexibility and can be used in conjunction with one another, or with events held in the larger rooms to provide space for breakout sessions, refreshments or lunch. Delegates can make use of the Faraday Centre, with its Knowledge Centre and Library, and a café and lounge providing a relaxing environment to meet up with colleagues.
