The Portland Suite can accommodate 120 guests for a networking reception, 90 for a theatre style conference, or 25 for a board meeting. The Cavendish holds 50 people standing and 40 seated, whilst the Arlington comfortably seats 5-12. The syndicate rooms are ideal for those executive meetings requiring a certain degree of discretion and seat 5-8 delegates. The in-house restaurant can also be hired for private dinners and events.
The 86 guest bedrooms are classically furnished with luxurious marble bathrooms and plush and inviting queen size beds. LCD flatscreen TVs, a hospitality tray, high end toiletries and 24-hour room service are all standard. For a small charge, guests can have use of the health club and pool facilities at a nearby sister hotel.
The XX-XXVIII Restaurant has an irresistible menu of international cuisine and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; take afternoon tea or unwind with a drink in the opulent surroundings of the wood panelled Omega Bar.
The Fitzrovia Hotel can be found slightly north of Regent Street, within easy walking distance of Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street tube stations.

The Portland suite is a versatile meeting room located on the Lower Ground Floor. It can hold up to 90 people in a range of set-ups, and is a popular space for holding business conferences, drinks receptions or in the West End.
It can be used alone, or in conjunction with the adjacent Cavendish suite if more space is required – particularly for large dinner groups. Our syndicate suites may also be hired if you require additional breakout space.
Classic décor is accented by dark wood furniture and decorative plaster panelling. In-room features include air-conditioning, natural daylight, Wi-Fi connectivity and a pull-down projection screen that can be used for presentations or projections. Other portable audiovisual equipment can be provided upon request.
The Portland suite also leads out on to the hotel’s private terrace, which can be used for serving refreshments or breaks during sessions.

It can be used alone, or in conjunction with the adjacent Portland suite if more space is required – particularly for large dinner groups.
The Cavendish is air-conditioned throughout, and features large windows that provide plenty of natural daylight. Classic décor is accented by dark wood furniture and decorative plaster panelling.
A pull-down projection screen is installed to use for business presentations and projections. Wi-Fi and ISDN connectivity comes as standard. Other portable audiovisual equipment can be provided upon request.
