Just 20 minutes from central London, we bring you the home of the Saracens RFU – and what a venue! Popular for weddings and social gatherings, it’s also perfect for business meetings and events including conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies, AGM’s, drinks receptions, glittering banquets and corporate hospitality. There’s a superb choice of spaces, with capacity for up to 2,500 guests!

Kicking off with the biggest venue space, the Olympic Bar accommodates 2,500 people standing and 2,000 seated in theatre style, or 1,000 for a gala dinner. The Tulip Club has a private balcony with pitch views and holds 400 delegates for a reception or 370 for a conference, whilst the 100 Club has capacity for 370 guests standing and 330 seated. Combine these 2 spaces and you have the StoneX Suite, giving you over 800 square metres of outstanding space with enough room for a drinks reception for 1,000 guests, or a dinner for over 700. Throw the private balcony and fantastic pitch views into the equation and that’s pretty hard to beat.

For smaller meetings the Player’s Lounge accommodates up to 130 delegates seated or 120 standing, and there’s a choice of Executive Boxes, all with stylish contemporary furnishings and floor to ceiling glass doors that let plenty of natural light in. These measure 19-59 square metres and hold 30-50 guests standing, or up to 40 seated. There’s also heaps of outside space for fun days, team building, and for marquee set up.

Expect attentive events staff, air conditioning, high speed wifi, and state-of-the-art audiovisual gear including giant screens, an LED Welcome Gate, plasma screens, a PA system and projectors, plus the support of on-site technicians. StoneX Stadium offers DDR packages to suit most budgets; these include parking, basic stationery, refreshments, and a choice of lunches, and they can be tailored to your specific requirements. You’ll be impressed with the range of menus offered by professional caterers, with everything covered from finger buffets, canapes, bowl food and 3 course dinners. The venue can recommend several nearby hotels for delegates who need a bed for the night.

StoneX Stadium sits proudly in Hendon, North London, and has 800 free car parking spaces. Underground and overground train stations are only a short journey away.
