An impressive 5-star super-yacht inspired hotel that ‘floats’ in the harbour; overlooking the marina, the location is spectacular. A stunning glass fronted lobby leads to the event space where the biggest room, The Bow seats a maximum of 250 guests in theatre style, 210 dining, 180 at a dinner dance, or 30 for a board meeting. Full height windows take in those gorgeous views over the marina and harbour, contemporary chandeliers glisten in the sunlight. Overlooking the docks, The Needles is a smaller room with capacity for 80 delegates in theatre style, 60 banqueting, 40 for a dinner-dance, and 20 in boardroom layout. Light floods in through the floor to ceiling windows, the feel is calm and relaxed. 4 further rooms provide the perfect space for breakouts and for smaller meetings or interviews. A ground floor Cinema Room can be hired for private events, and the hotel even has its own boat that can be booked for cruises.

DDPs include high-speed wifi, basic stationery and menus of your choice; the Build Your Own package allows you to customise with extras such as afternoon tea, mindfulness breaks, spa passes, or a complimentary room for your event organiser (residential meetings only).
