Holiday Inn Slough – Windsor has 2 very flexible meeting rooms that can be swiftly partitioned to make four smaller spaces. The Castle Suite and the Thames Suite both hold 40 people in theatre style, or 20 in boardroom, hollow square, U-shape and cabaret layout. Divided into smaller rooms each one holds 20 guests in theatre style, 10 in boardroom and cabaret configuration, and 6-8 in hollow square, U-shape and classroom layout.

You’ll have free superfast wifi and basic equipment for your event - a flip chart and pens, DVD player, LCD projector, OHP, LCD and plasma TVs, and teleconferencing gadgetry. Holiday Inn Slough – Windsor does have a designated Meetings Manager to help with the arrangements and smooth running of your event. Delegate lunches are brasserie style or bar snacks and for dinner there is a choice of a la carte, brasserie, table d’hote or a three-course set price menu.

Rooms for overnight delegates are very comfortable, with a pillow menu, complimentary wi-fi, in-room heating and air con controls, and black out shades. The restaurant area is within the Open Lobby, a set up now synonymous with Holiday Inn Hotels; there’s also a lounge with TV, and guests have use of the well-equipped gym 24/7.

The hotel has on-site parking (charged) and is easily accessed from the M4 and the M40. Slough train station is a 20-minute walk, or a 5-minute drive away, and worth noting is that Heathrow Airport is only a few miles distant.
