The Forest Hotel has 2 conference rooms, both have high speed wifi, air con, and dimmable lighting so you can set the scene, create the atmosphere you want. The Olive Room is the biggest and it’s got its own bar, which makes it ideal for Christmas or summer parties; it seats a maximum of 120 people in theatre style, 60 in cabaret layout, and 40 in boardroom configuration. The smaller Claret Room has capacity for up to 40 in theatre style, 20 for a board meeting and 18 in cabaret arrangement.

Whatever your event you’ll be shown extensive menus, so you can choose exactly what you want, and what you’ll get is homemade food from an award-winning team of chefs, so you know it’s going to be good whether it’s a buffet lunch or a three course dinner. Day and 24-hour delegate rates are attractively priced, with all the basic meetings equipment you need, and all-modern AV technology tailored to your requirements.

Overnight guests will be more than happy with any of the 12 ensuite bedrooms; all are warm and homely, each one individually designed with imagination and flair.
