So, on to those event spaces: the biggest is the Ballroom, which has a private bar and holds 400 people in theatre style, 260 dining, and 200 in cabaret layout. The Grampian and Houston Suites both accommodate 144 guests in cabaret style or for a dinner-dance, 100 in theatre style, and 40 in boardroom configuration. The Premier also holds 100 in theatre style, 80 for a banquet, or 30 for a board meeting. Going down in size, the Byland Suite has room for 45 delegates in theatre style or 18 in boardroom layout, whilst the Chieftan Suite holds 30 and 8 in the same respective layouts. For those more discreet meetings and interviews, the Syndicate Room seats up to 15 and the Ptarmigan Room, 15. There are also public spaces that can be utilised for registration, receptions and break outs.

For overnight delegates there are 147 en suite rooms with free wifi, Freeview TVs, tea and coffee making facilities and 24 hour room service. Guests also have use of the Osprey Bar for food and drinks, and the gym if they have a fitness regime to maintain.
