The Rutland can accommodate a reception for 70, 60 delegates in theatre style or dining, and 20 in U-shape layout. Together, the Gifford and Greyfriars allow for a reception for 330 guests, 280 in theatre style, and 220 dining; the Greyfriars and Rutland together can hold 250 for a reception, 230 in theatre style, or 140 for a dinner-dance. The smaller Burgess room seats 50 people in theatre style, 25 in boardroom configuration and 20 in U-shape, and you can book the Cramond, Clerminston or the Cosorphine for more discrete meetings for up to 20 executives.
