26 Leake Street is an award-winning venue with a unique setting – the historic graffiti tunnels beneath Waterloo Station. This raw, flexible space holds over 1000 people and is an amazing place for all kinds of business meetings and events - fashion shows, photoshoots and filming, music events, product launches, exhibitions, conferences, team building and training days, networking events, banquets, parties, and even weddings.

No other heart of London venue has this kind of vibe; 26 Leake Street has over 11000 square feet of post-industrial space to play with, and two beautifully restored railway arches. The creative events team have the imagination to turn their hand to anything and have hosted top brands and private clients alike.

The arches hold 900 standing, 200 in cabaret or theatre style, 100 for a banquet, and 50 in boardroom set up. Bar 26, with no less than 18 beer taps and 2 cocktail stations has a small kitchen and a stage and capacity for 150 standing, 100 in theatre style or 50 dining. Hire the whole venue and there’s room for 1000 people; this is fantastic for large scale events, with unlimited branding and a huge billboard right outside. There’s superfast wifi, cutting edge AV technology, air con, and catering for all events.
